What was the highlight of Sagitario Princesa Playa

Hotel was lovely and quiet that suited us- for a chilled week at the end of the summer

Staff were very friendly , breakfast has a really good variety and choices.

We were there at the season , the hotel was closing at 3.30 the day we left - evening entertainment was not available on two evening’s and the pool bar was closed from Thursday onwards in the week were there, think because it was the end of the season - would be good if the hotel could pre warn guests before their stay

Well pleased with all that is on offer at this hotel.

Excellent friendly well trained hardworking staff in all areas. Superb wide ranging buffets at both breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers available. Pleasant evening entertainment nightly.

Would have liked the jacuzzi to have been heated, i.e a hot tub. Even in a hot climate it is nice to relax in a soothing hot tub following a refreshing swim.

What was the highlight of Sagitario Princesa Playa

On the whole our stay was good considering I developed a chest infection & had to attend hospital for a chest X-ray.

Location was good not too far from harbour. Rooms very clean… done every day. Staff in restaurant very nice & helpful.

Tea/coffee facilities in room could do with improving. We had only green tea & decaf but luckily we’d taken our own teabags. Some of reception staff were not as helpful as they could have been. I wasn’t well & didn’t feel I could walk far one night or eat much so asked if we could pay a small amount for a little food in restaurant but reception told us we were not allowed that… we were B&B only. Gave us a map of area but sent us in opposite direction to where he recommended so we didn’t find it, having walked for nearly half hour. We were not told there was a gate at back of gardens which gave access to a beach & some restaurants a few mins away!!!!We found it accidentally after a few days. There was no info in rooms about the area so you just had to rely on other guests or find places yourself.

Comfortable, well located and relaxing stay

It was a very well-maintained hotel with very friendly and helpful service. Although a little far from the airport, the hotel's location was very good. Close to restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.

Lovely stay it’s a shame about the flies if not, it would’ve been perfect.

Property was fine, mostly clean, and with a bus stop right opposite which took you into town that I used on various occasions .

Nice location and few steps from the sea. Perfect for family

Close by a very good beach and restaurants around! Just a few steps from there. Spacious room It has a very nice balcony, clean rooms Property has much to offer during the day Good air conditioner

The bathroom was to steamy, old floor in bathroom and bedroom, lots of water from the shower made it dangerous slippery bathroom. Needed to dry with towels to be able to walk after taking shower We had to have a breakfast before our early flight so they offered a ready meal 5:30 am. Very old food and little on plate. Absolutely not ok for the price we pay. We were very disappointed. We couldn’t eat most of things in the plate and end up paying a breakfast in the airport.

Good hotel facilities and location

The room was spacious, the facilities were good and the location was also good to travel to Ciutadella and different calas. The Front office team was very friendly and helpful.

Our room's balcony had a pipe dripping water for the plants. At some point, there was a big flow of water coming out, making the balcony wet. Afterwards, the pipe continued dripping, making an annoying sound. When the technician came to check, he said it was normal and stormed out of the room, saying we could notify reception if we wanted. Not the best manners, honestly. Missed a bit of night enternainment with more activities than only singing. Sangria of the swimming pool bar was a miss.

Exceptional

Tarik was brilliant, he greeted is with smile on check in. There was some mistake and they gave us room with 2 single beds, however Tarik was really helpful and changed our room to what been requested. Brilliant breakfast with a lot of different choices for everyone's tastes. Everyone from the staff was really polite, helpful and smiley. Will be back definitely ????️
